We had a snug stay in clean units with ski-out access right from our doors. The hotel staff was nice and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, especially at night and in the early morning. The location was convenient for transportation and we enjoyed the hotel facilities.

Very clean, location, hot tubs and pool for the kids.
Off season there is no front desk. It would be nice to know ahead of time that you need the name of the company that leased your room because you have to call when you get there to get the room numbers and codes. Instead, you have to read the signs and is confusing.

This hotel was so close to such tourist places as village cabriolet. The rooms met the purpose. We stayed here on four previous occasions and will choose it for sure for next trip: D

Our Christmas stay was cozy and convenient with ski-in access right outside our door. The helpful and friendly staff made the experience even better. The quiet surroundings allowed for a peaceful rest. The unit size was just right, not too big or too small, giving us a real sense of home.
Our excitement turned into disappointment after a long tiring day when we encountered an hour and a half wait for check-in. The worn-out sheets and lack of proper temperature control affected our overall comfort.

The cozy units at this hotel were perfect for our needs. They offered a ski-out option and the staff was friendly and helpful. The nights were peaceful and the mornings were tranquil. The size of the units was just right and provided a comfortable stay. The location allowed for easy access to the slopes and the staff made sure we had everything we needed.
The check-in process for late arrivals was poorly communicated, resulting in a frustrating start to our stay.

thought the room assigned to us was really in need of some updating..

For the age of the resort, I was impressed on how well it seemed to be maintained or looked considering the age.
Clean - I did the finger swipe in a couple of places and didn't get notice any signs of dust.

Location to the ski area is excellent. The buses operate constantly, which makes getting around easy.
The bed was average. The sofa sleeper is not very comfortable and kids complained.

Clean and comfortable
Lack of front desk staff was very disappointing. Key codes on main door and room door were very annoying. Needs real keys.

The people at reception wer not friendly and seemd confused and disinterested in helping us check in, there are several management companies involved and it was all just to confusing and very inconvenient, the accomodation was cramped and the bus service was separate from all the others causing us to walk in ski boots from the village. We couldn't get access to the garage without a code which seemed to be a secret and all in all wouldn't recommend or repeat the experience.

Snug size of units. Ski out our doors. Nice and helpful staff. Quiet at night and in the early morning.
We arrived after 10pm and it took over 90 minutes to get into our rooms. No one gave us any advance notice about late check-in procedures or asked if we were checking in late. A horrible start. Our unit had a broken cold water tub faucet and cabinet door beneath the sink. The sheets were pretty old. Temperature was hard to control.
